  • I create food that feels like a love letter to the soul. Smoky grilled salads dripping in luscious warm champagne vinaigrette, slow roasted berries laid over mounds of pillowy whipped coconut cream and crispy hibiscus-marshmallow root meringues, rich bone broth swirling with wild herbs, mushrooms and flower petals, rose infused elixirs with burdock and cinnamon scented cashew mylk. 

    I offer the experience of nourishment channeled with Mother Earth and the wisdom of plants. Food created from a foundation of living in relationship and reciprocity. Understanding and embodying the truth that plants have a unique ability to communicate with our own cells, allowing us to learn from and be healed by them.

  • Sweet Rose, wild strawberries and mystical copal woven into a sweet serum for tender skin. Potent redwood needles and the yang of Myrrh resin infused in olive and castor oil to imbue your mane with vitality and radiance. A tincture made of wildflowers and indigenous plants from the lands you sink into as a portal for deeper connection.

I live in devotion to Mother Earth and the abundance of her nourishment. Nourishment is an intimate practice. A unique and individual, sacred portal to transformation. It is not a diet, not a set of do’s and don'ts and there is no one able to prescribe it to us. Nourishment is an invitation to deepen the connection to our inner world and expand our capacity to be in our truth. I believe in the transformational power of nourishment. In our bodies innate ability to transmute and heal when we offer this vessel our devotion through abundant and wild foods.
